Rajat Gupta, Director of Superstar Steels & a MoU holder for SAIL is concentrated in Flat Steel market in North India. According to Gupta, Tata Steel’s major focus in Northern region is to reach directly to the end users. Tata Steel is directly supplying material to the northern states of Punjab, Delhi & UP eliminating the middle men involved in the value of chain.
Steelovation is one such initiative launched by Tata Steel in which the company official reaches directly to the end user, understand their requirement & connect them to the SPoC (Single point of contact).
