A P Choudhry, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, RINL said, that the company is focusing on marketing activities of the western region in the country, owing to Steel demand & differential market dynamics in the area.
RINL is focusing to capture western region in India on account of increasing Steel demand & exceptionally loyal customer base. RINL official says that West has got their attention owing to discipline and commitment of the customers to the company. These factors are believed to increase company’s marketing activities in that region. RINL visualize better growth prospects in the future.
Infrastructure industry & manufacturing industry play vital role in Steel demand. RINL has expansion plans to produce around 20 MnT pa by 2020. The plan is in line with an estimated Steel demand to rise to about 300 MnT in the country by 2025. RINL is working on its expansion plans which may go up to 7 MnT, and this voluminous production will be the company’s strength. Company is looking forward to play a key role in infrastructural development of the country, said RINL CMD.
T K Chand, Director, RINL, is positive on rise of Steel demand in international market. According to him, the demand is firming up in the countries like USA & Europe. As far as India’s concern, it can come up as the important player in international market once demand grows globally. Steel demand seems to be increasing in India and, it will further increase in the last quarter of the year.
Chand further said that RINL is adopting modern innovative technologies & customer oriented attitude. Customers from western region stressed on requirement of new grades of Steel items. Hence, company is focusing on branding the products & opening news channels in various cities and looking forward to meet Steel demand once production from their expanded units starts.
